- Bachelor or higher, major in hospitality preferred.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, with 5 years in a similar capacity/position
- Knowledge in Hospitality industry.
- Knowledgeable, familiar with all aspects of operations
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point
- Excellent communications and public relations skills.
- Possess management and leadership skills
- Good command in English
- Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.
- Pleasant, honest, hardworking and flexible personality; a team player.
- Ability to receive as well as deliver constructive criticism.
- Drive property performance through effective sales & marketing and revenue management strategies.
- Lead the property in innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for guest experience and satisfaction.
- Plans and executes control departmental budget.
- Plans and oversees improvements in department such as implementation of IT solutions to document and track operations.
- Provides technical and logistic support to advertising and promotion events.
- To carry out any other works as instructed by the Owner in support of the Corporate Headquarters.
- Responsible for the planning and execution of on the job training for new hires.
- Plans, monitors and ensures training development of the staff in the department so as to enhance their work performance and career development and to allow potential staff to assume higher roles.
- Strong and Understanable a Wellness and Vitality Concept.
